South Texas Surf offers financial assistance to players who can demonstrate a genuine financial need by completing the application process. The availability of funds and the extent of the financial need will be considered before the aid is granted. Financial aid only applies to the program registration fees.

The applicant must complete this South Texas Surf Soccer Club Scholarship Application Form below and submit the completed application along with a copy of the IRS Form 1040 (or equivalent). You will receive an e-mail upon completion of this form detailing delivery options.

IF THE PLAYER BREAKS THEIR CONTRACT, THE FAMILY WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY ALL PROGRAM FEES IN FULL.
