IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

Financial aid only applies to the program registration fees. The initial commitment fee and tournament fee remain the family's responsibility.
To participate in the program, Financial Aid players are responsible for purchasing their player kit and necessary training equipment (shoes, shin guards, etc.)
In order to continue receiving Financial Aid, players must maintain "good standing" by attending games and training sessions at a rate of 75%-100% and keeping a positive relationship with the Club. Failure to do so could result in the loss of financial assistance.
All financial aid families are required to volunteer a minimum of (5) hours, per player, per season when volunteers are requested by the club.
Proof of financial need (IRS Form 1040 or equivalent) is required for Financial Aid applicants.
For each program they register for, Financial Aid players must apply to receive aid.
THE FAMILY WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY ALL PROGRAM FEES IN FULL IF THE PLAYER BREAKS THEIR CONTRACT.
